I just ruined two days worth of work on a shadow puppet… because my laminating machine went haywire and the laminating pouch got stuck in it. While I calm down, I’m going to try and think of a way to salvage it. The puppet isn’t too bad - I noticed what was going on and stopped the pouch from going through completely and saved two of the cardboard parts. Unfortunately, the parts that did go through were the complicated ones, and I’ve either got to redo them, or hope that they’re not too damaged to save. They look pretty bad. It’s all crinkled up, and while the colour doesn’t look too bad like that, the cardboard does. Maybe I can find a way to relaminate them without problems.

…. I don’t know *sigh*. Two days of work ruined in two seconds. A new record. XX(

I was planning on posting something today - yep, no videos still - but now I’m going to go calm down with some TV. 

Oh, yeah and the government is trying to take my ABN away (for non-Aussies it’s like a social security business number). They’re trying to tell me that since I don’t seem to have done any business last year - which is true - I don’t need it. Unfortunately, if I don’t have it, I can’t own this domain name, so now I have to go and explain to the government that puppetry isn’t a hobby, that I’m planning, but not making, money from it, and that can I please have my business number still….
