I’ve been having so much fun () with customers of late I’ve decided to update my policies. Included in the changes are:

• Some clarification on returns, with perhaps one more that I might add (I’m not sure whether or not to refuse returns on changes of the heart, or if the sizes or colours are not what’s expected. I provide fairly detailed descriptions, pictures, video and measurements in both metric and feet… so if it’s not what you’re expecting based on colour, size or description, I’m not sure you should be getting a refund… :?
• Some updates regarding purchases of patterns, now that they’re also on CD
• Updates on repairs
• An FAQ on not receiving your package if it goes missing in the mail
• Some clarification on my copyrights, regarding the ripping off of (yes, grammatically incorrect, but still true)
• And an age warning, which I’ve neglected to add
